FLIE Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Masayoshi Inoue), which operates the used housing trading platform 'FLIE' and develops real estate DX (Digital Transformation) support businesses, will open the 'FLIE Fukuoka Store' on Thursday, May 7, 2026, in Tenjin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City (inside CIC Fukuoka). This will serve as a base to make our services more accessible to both individual and corporate customers in the Kyushu area. The Fukuoka store will be our 4th domestic base following Tokyo, Osaka, and Sapporo.

Background of Opening the Fukuoka Store

FLIE has been deploying 'FLIE', a used housing trading platform, for general customers considering purchasing a home and real estate companies. For real estate companies, we also support business efficiency and productivity improvement in the real estate industry through 'FLIE de Bukakku' which streamlines property confirmation operations, the smart entry/exit service 'Smaview 2.0' which can be utilized in any situation requiring keys, and the DX support package 'FLIE ONE' encompassing these tools.

Fukuoka City, where we are opening this new base, boasts high urban functionality as a government-designated city and serves as a core city in Kyushu, handling broad functions such as economy, administration, information, education, and culture. Tenjin, in particular, is Fukuoka's representative business and commercial hub, a highly convenient location gathering many companies and people and serving as a contact point for the entire Kyushu region.
