The limited tarts for 'May FLO Day' are...

May's limited products are three types of tarts using a generous amount of 'Peach and Dark Cherry,' signaling the arrival of early summer. We have prepared three types of tart bases: 'Cheese,' 'Earl Grey Almond (Tea Damande),' and 'Almond (Damande),' so you can enjoy different pairings.

These whole tarts, approximately 14-15cm in diameter, will be offered at the special FLO Day price of 1,490 yen (including tax). This is a very great value.

From the 5th to the 7th, we offer the popular cheese base with a mellow acidity; from the 15th to the 17th, the Earl Grey-scented tea almond base; and from the 25th to the 27th, the almond base with a crispy texture filled to the edge. Combinations with different tart bases are prepared for each period.

The basic tart base is made by pouring tart batter into a cookie dough with moderate sweetness and baking it.
