New York-born bakery 'THE CITY BAKERY' will launch its first-ever collaborative fair, 'Spiced Mediterranean Cuisine,' at 10 restaurants nationwide starting Thursday, July 16, 2026. Under the shared theme of 'Summer Mediterranean × Spiced Cuisine,' the 10 locations will be divided into three culinary styles—French, American, and Italian—offering unique, seasonally limited menus that highlight each restaurant’s individuality.

'Charcoal-Grilled Tender Octopus with 'Nduja' Oil and Herb Aroma' presents octopus with striking black coloring from bamboo charcoal powder, finished with spicy oil from the hot salami paste 'nduja.'
