At the venue, the Company set up a booth for "Moneyschool" (hereinafter "Moneyschool"), a financial education program for working adults, and introduced a financial education program offered as part of employee benefits.

The 25th Welfare Expo was held for three days from June 17 (Wed) to 19 (Fri), 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight.

On the day, while viewing the actual videos and text materials used, the Company explained about its financial education program "Moneyschool".

In Moneyschool, "Money Teachers" (Financial Planners) manage the learning progress of participants, respond to questions, and provide individual consultations as dedicated staff. This continuous support system realizes financial education that "delivers necessary information to the right people at the right time," going beyond one-time seminars. The feature of Moneyschool is that it provides continuous learning opportunities while supporting each individual's situation and challenges.

Challenges of Participating Companies

Through the three-day exhibition, many visitors came to the booth, and we had the opportunity to realize the growing interest in financial education in companies and the mechanism of "continuous learning." The following opinions were received from participants on the day.

・It was difficult to attract employees' interest with just explanations of the system, but Moneyschool allows learning the basics of finance, so it is a good initiative that leads to improved financial literacy and awareness of employees.
