Background of the change: With the rapid evolution of AI, system development requires greater speed and sophistication. FPT has leveraged its global talent for large-scale delivery. Moving forward, we will promote automation and sophistication of development processes using AI, transitioning to a 'human-AI collaboration' model.

About Nguyen Cong Hoang: He joined FPT Software in 2012 and has held key positions in automotive and manufacturing delivery in Japan. As CDO, he will lead the transition to AI-driven development processes.
