Fractal Workout Co., Ltd. has started offering an exercise therapy course at its Harajuku-based personal training gym, 'FRACTAL WORKOUT,' designed in collaboration with internal medicine physicians.

As a health promotion facility and designated exercise therapy facility, FRACTAL WORKOUT provides exercise therapy for the purpose of treating diseases based on doctor prescriptions. According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare notifications, designated exercise therapy facilities are places to conduct exercise therapy for disease treatment based on prescriptions, covering conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and ischemic heart disease.

This course supports facility usage consultations, implementation flow confirmation, and the development of referral lines with medical institutions for patients whom internists have deemed appropriate for exercise therapy.
