The dessert has evolved into a dish focused on "seasonal domestic mangoes," allowing customers to enjoy a richer sweetness, mellow aroma, and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Using Only Ripe Mangoes Selected by Professional Judgment at the Market Every Morning For this project, the company uses Miyazaki mangoes sourced from the market after assessing sugar content, aroma, and fruit flesh condition. Items are provided in a live kitchen format, where they are cut and plated in-store after an order is placed.

A Luxurious Parfait Featuring Four Layers of Miyazaki Mangoes All mangoes used are produced in Miyazaki Prefecture. It is developed as a "domestic mango dessert available only now," which can only be enjoyed during the peak season.

Miyazaki mangoes are fruits whose condition changes significantly depending on weather and harvest timing. The company selects the best available items at any given time based on its long-standing relationships with wholesale distributors.

Seasonal Crepes Wrapped in Miyazaki Mangoes In-store, the dishes are composed by combining freshly cut Miyazaki mangoes with homemade whipped cream (a blend of two types of milk) and homemade jelly, putting the mango's own flavor at the center stage.
