However, many companies conduct recruitment activities not only through direct employment but also by utilizing multiple external agents such as temporary staffing agencies and recruitment agencies.

Previously, communication with temporary staffing agencies involved dedicated tools or email, separate communication with recruitment agencies, and direct employment managed by a separate system, leading to fragmented operations and significant burdens on staff due to tasks like data aggregation using Excel and complex communication.
