In recent years, there has been a growing demand among urban apartment residents to avoid high parking maintenance costs and vehicle management hassles while still wanting comfortable transportation for holidays and leisure, leading to a shift from 'owning' to 'using' cars only when needed. By applying through the dedicated resident app 'RELUXIA touch,' users can receive discounts of approximately 10% to 25% off standard rates, with all vehicles including insurance coverage and roadside assistance. We will continue to expand new services beyond the framework of traditional property management to create a more active and enriched living experience.
