1. Premium Course | ¥29,700 per person (tax included) [With attendant chef] A luxurious plan where staff handle everything from serving to preparation and cleanup, eliminating all hassle. This supreme full course includes a lavish assortment of seasonal seafood such as Ise Ebi from Chiba Prefecture, Taraba-gani from Hokkaido, and abalone cooked at low temperature, along with today's recommended brand Wagyu beef (150g), SALON de FOREST's special beef curry, and dessert.

2. Forest Course | ¥16,500 per person (tax included) A plan to casually enjoy quality time without the hassle. You can fully savor chef-selected ingredients such as lobster à la bourguignonne, abalone in the shell cooked at low temperature, scallops in the shell from Aomori Prefecture, and today's recommended brand Wagyu beef (150g) on your private terrace.

"Forest Garden - Starry Sky Lava BBQ" [Dog-Friendly] Enjoyed in a Lush Open-Air Setting At "Forest Garden," our garden restaurant within the spacious grounds, we offer three courses (¥5,500 to ¥15,000 per person, tax included) that can be chosen according to your needs and situation.

1. Standard Course | ¥5,500 (tax included) A plan for those who want to enjoy delicious food easily. Includes beef loin, San-gen pork shoulder loin, corn butter cooked in a skillet, and "Yoshida no Udon-style Yakisoba," an arrangement of local gourmet, served with our handmade local spicy condiment, 'Suridane'.

2. Deluxe Course | ¥7,800 (tax included) Our hotel's recommended plan, offering an exquisite balance of meat, seafood, and local vegetables. It's a satisfying menu that includes domestic beef sirloin, Yamanashi Shingen chicken, as well as seafood such as large prawns with heads and scallops in the shell.

3. Premium Course | ¥15,000 (tax included) The ultimate plan, featuring "Kuroge Wagyu Sirloin" as the star, along with the overwhelmingly impressive "Extra-Large Prawns with Heads" and "Scallops in the Shell" with concentrated umami.
