Sone Kyuryo Park in Yamanashi Prefecture will hold an 'Indigo Dyeing Workshop' on July 25 (Sat) and 26 (Sun), 2026.

Following last year's popularity, this workshop allows participants to create original indigo-dyed handkerchiefs (approx. 40cm square) through a process of pattern design, detailed crafting, dyeing, and washing. The event is open to children on summer break, accompanied minors, and adults participating individually. Reservations are required, and registration will close once capacity is reached.

Participants will also receive free admission to the Yamanashi Prefectural Archaeological Museum on the day of the event.
