Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo Launches Summer Stay Plans Featuring Honeybee Workshops and Art Activities

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo will offer special summer stay plans for families to enjoy learning and hands-on experiences. The 'Become a Honeybee Expert! Summer Independent Research Stay' begins on August 2, 2026, focusing on urban beekeeping. Additionally, the 'Stay with Original Cray-pas® - Summer Edition -' starts on July 1, 2026, combining artistic creation with pool activities.

The Honeybee stay plan allows guests to visit rooftop beehives and participate in honey extraction workshops. Under the guidance of Kazuhiro Nakamura from Mellow Surf Beekeeping, participants will learn about bee ecology, the mechanics of honey production, and the role of urban beekeeping. The workshop includes close-up observations using observation hives, the use of centrifugal separators for honey extraction, and a tasting session of the hotel's original 'GARDEN HONEY.' This provides a unique educational experience in the heart of the city.

The Cray-pas® stay plan includes access to the hotel pool and a special set of 12-color Cray-pas® (oil pastels), with colors selected to represent the hotel's gardens. Guests can capture their summer memories, such as lush greenery, white clouds, and insects found in the gardens. After enjoying the pool and walking through the gardens, families can spend time together creating their own visual journals.

In celebration of its 2nd anniversary, the suite-exclusive lounge 'Le Ciel' will serve a special 'Granite' (French shaved ice) in August. Supervised by Executive Chef Masayuki Judai, this refreshing dessert is inspired by the 'Tokyo Sea of Clouds,' featuring layers of blood orange jelly and granite for a cool, summer flavor.
