[Hotel Gracery Asakusa] Breakfast Buffet Renewal on June 1st (Mon): Experience the Asakusa Festival Vibe through Food

Hotel Gracery Asakusa (Taito-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Ryota Suzuki) will renew its breakfast buffet at the 1st-floor restaurant 'Bonsalute' starting Monday, June 1, 2026. In addition to introducing new menu items, the hotel will provide a vibrant breakfast experience by serving freshly prepared dishes at a live kitchen. Partial interior renovations will also be carried out to accommodate the new menu.

Located just a 3-minute walk from Kaminarimon, Hotel Gracery Asakusa welcomes many guests seeking traditional Japanese streetscapes and culture, and recognizes the high expectations for local culinary experiences during their stay. Based on this, the breakfast is being renewed to enhance the value of the experience, offering freshly cooked meals prepared in front of guests and a menu composition that reflects the atmosphere of the downtown area, making breakfast a memorable part of the trip.

In this renewal, 'Teppan Yakisoba' will be served as a live kitchen menu item prepared by chefs right in front of guests. Along with the savory aroma of the sauce, guests can enjoy the deliciousness of freshly made food, and customize their dishes with toppings reminiscent of food stalls, such as green laver, pickled ginger, and mayonnaise, to enjoy a 'festival mood.' The live kitchen plans to regularly introduce new menu items that capture the essence of Asakusa.

Furthermore, 14 new menu items, including French toast, roast pork, and ginger pork (some served on a rotating daily basis), will be introduced, bringing the total lineup to approximately 40 items. Guests can continue to enjoy local downtown flavors such as the popular 'Shitamachi Beef Hot Pot' and 'Beef Tendon Curry,' inspired by the flavors of Hoppy Street (also known as Nikomi Street).

Additionally, along with the expansion of the breakfast menu, the buffet corner and shelving for plates and cutlery have been renewed, allowing guests to enjoy their meals more comfortably.
