Future Corporation (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tomohiko Taniguchi; hereinafter referred to as Future) was certified as a Bronze Ambassador Company in June 2026 under the "Femtech Ambassador Company" recognition system, implemented by the Japan Femtech Association to visualize corporate support for women's health and DE&I promotion.

The "Femtech Ambassador Company" system recognizes companies that implement initiatives aimed at improving employees' "health literacy" and fostering "mutual understanding" through femtech. Companies are certified as Gold, Silver, or Bronze Ambassador Companies based on the proportion of employees holding Level 3 certification from the Japan Femtech Association.

As an IT consulting group that solves social issues and designs the future, Future views employee health as the foundation of human capital and advocates for "Health Strategy Management." Together with its main operating company, Future Architect Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yohei Saito), Future enhances its unique health initiatives to enable each employee to perform at their best as professionals. In 2014, from a governance and sustainability perspective, the "Future Group Health Insurance Society" was established, creating an optimal system for employees to proactively maintain and promote their own health. Health support extends not only to employees but also to their families, with dependent family members able to receive our comprehensive standard health check-up plan, including screening for five major cancers, free of charge. Furthermore, through healthcare events and consultations open to all genders, we aim to improve the health literacy of all employees, not limiting the scope of menstruation and menopause to women's issues.

Since 2024, in alignment with International Women's Day, we have held our original "Mimosa Week" and "Mimosa Month" events to foster "mutual understanding" among employees. By promoting DE&I and enhancing health initiatives, we are creating an environment where each employee can achieve their peak performance through self-management.

Building on the health of our employees and their families, Future will continue to drive "Health Strategy Management" and DE&I activities through a multifaceted approach, creating new value for our customers' futures.
