Future Link Network Co., Ltd. (FLN), a company dedicated to regional revitalization, has been awarded the 'FY2026 Moriya City Childcare Information Dissemination Transition' contract by Moriya City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

In this project, FLN will restructure Moriya's comprehensive childcare information, previously provided through paper guidebooks, using digital technology and a user-centric perspective. This information will be implemented into the 'Boshi-mo' maternity handbook app (provided locally as the 'MORIYA Electronic Maternity Handbook App').

Moriya City faced challenges such as the burden of updating information for system changes and the need to adapt to the smartphone-centric behavior of its residents. FLN will provide integrated support including refining dissemination policies, re-editing manuscripts for smartphone optimization, collecting up-to-date information from relevant institutions, and providing continuous maintenance after publication.

FLN has a strong track record in supporting information dissemination and DX for various municipalities, including Namegata City, Narashino City, and Kamisu City. Leveraging its content editing skills honed through its regional platform 'Myple' and its extensive experience with local governments, FLN aims to provide solutions tailored to specific regional issues.
