G.A. Group Inc., which provides foreign human resource recruitment support, conducted a survey among management in logistics companies employing foreign drivers. While over 80% hire them to solve driver shortages, about 70% believe this alone won't solve the logistics industry's "2024 Problem." Key challenges for retention include Japanese communication and business etiquette. Nearly half cite stress from cultural differences as the main reason for early turnover, highlighting the critical need for Japanese language support and cross-cultural training for Japanese employees.
