Takahashi Galilei Co., Ltd. has delivered the first unit of its new spiral freezer, the "SPIN SHOCK® TYS," to frozen bread dough manufacturer Izm Co., Ltd. Izm replaced their existing 1998 spiral freezer, leading to major efficiency gains. The new freezer has been highly praised for cutting both cleaning and freezing times by about 50%. Key improvements include easier cleaning due to a simpler structure, a drastic reduction in freezing time from 50 minutes to 23 minutes thanks to advanced airflow design, and a more compact footprint. Izm has expressed high satisfaction with the new system and the comprehensive support from the Galilei Group.
