(headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Aoyama Shin, hereinafter: Pocket Change), which operates an original electronic money issuance business, announce that Pocket Change's digital money platform 'Pokepay' has been adopted for traveler digital coupons in the travel product 'Yorimichi Osaka [First Edition] Higashiosaka City Edition,' jointly planned by Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter: JAL), Resona Bank, Ltd. (hereinafter: Resona Bank), Higashiosaka City, and the Higashiosaka Tourism Association (hereinafter: Higashiosaka Tourism Association).

This initiative is the first phase of the 'Yorimichi Osaka' project, which aims to promote wide-area tourism in conjunction with the Osaka-Kansai Expo, under the comprehensive partnership between JAL and Resona Bank.

Additionally, this project collaborates with the official tourism promotion campaign 'Takopatabi Higashiosaka' launched by the Higashiosaka Tourism Association to promote the unique charms of Higashiosaka nationwide.

Under the comprehensive partnership between Digital Garage and Resona Holdings Corporation (Note 1), the digital coupon issuance has been realized using Pocket Change's digital money platform 'Pokepay.'

By utilizing smartphone-based cashless digital coupons, this initiative enhances traveler convenience and enables smooth payments at affiliated stores, contributing to the construction of a new regional tourism model that integrates tourism and digital transformation to promote city-wide circulation and local consumption.

This travel package includes airfare and accommodation, plus a digital coupon worth 2,500 yen per traveler called 'Takopatabi Higashiosaka Pay.' The coupons can be used starting July 31, Reiwa 8 (planned), at designated stores within the city, primarily in the Fuse, Nagata, and Ishikiri Sando Shopping District areas (planned).
