Gazillion Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shuitsu Suzuki), which operates 'ABC' to promote career education and new graduate recruitment, has concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with the educational corporation Kyogakusha (Location: Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture; Chairman: Koichi Arai), which operates Ars Computer College, regarding the promotion of career education and fundraising. Starting with this agreement, the company will donate a portion of its profits to Ars Computer College through the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan.

◆ Background of the Agreement Advanced IT technologies such as AI and cloud computing are permeating business and daily life, leading to increased demand. Meanwhile, the shortage of IT talent in Japan is becoming critical, with a projected deficit of up to approximately 790,000 people by 2030. In addition to the rapid pace of technological innovation in the IT industry, which makes knowledge acquisition challenging, the declining labor force due to the aging population with a low birth rate makes IT talent development a significant social issue.

In this social climate, since its establishment in 1988, Ars Computer College has provided education that flexibly responds to the progress and changes in information and communication technology in a global society. It has departments that cultivate talent in a wide range of fields, including system engineers, programmers, game creators, CG designers, product designers, and CAD technicians, producing talent that meets high social needs.

Our company supports the school's educational philosophy and social contribution, and we will contribute to the development of high-quality IT talent through continuous donations.

◆ Framework of the Agreement Through 'ABC,' operated by our company, hiring companies can directly reach out to students belonging to Ars Computer College. 'ABC' is not intended for recruitment selection guidance, but for providing information and calling for casual interviews, allowing it to be used for mutual understanding between students and companies.

In addition to the seller's market due to the declining birth rate, and with the IT talent shortage accelerating, an increasing number of companies are finding it difficult to establish contact through students' active applications, such as not receiving satisfactory applications via job postings. Through 'ABC,' hiring companies can directly contact students studying at Ars Computer College. By calling for casual interview opportunities and providing information that students want to know or that is useful for career formation, such as industry, job type, and business information, we will provide opportunities for dialogue and contact.
