Mr. Saito is now active in various fields, primarily contributing to the baseball community.

'To keep absorbing new knowledge, it is essential to consciously create time to restore myself and think. Resetting my mind in the sauna and then organizing my ideas in a quiet space is extremely valuable to me now.'

During the Q&A session, a question was raised about the differences in conditioning between his playing days and now.
