Greenfield fully acquires Nest Hotel

Greenfield Advisors Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "Greenfield") is pleased to announce that it has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Nest Hotel Japan Inc. (hereinafter "Nest Hotel").

This acquisition will solidify Nest Hotel's management foundation, and Greenfield will strengthen the collaboration between hotel operations and asset management (investment advisory) to actively form hotel investment projects.

Background of Share Acquisition Greenfield has focused on advisory services for overseas investors and asset management as its core business for over a decade. In the process of acquiring business hotels, it established Nest Hotel in 2013 through a joint venture with investors and has led its management since then.

This time, additional shares were acquired from other shareholders in December 2025 and on March 31, 2026, leading to the acquisition of all shares.

Aim: Maximizing Synergy between Operational Strength and Advisory Functions Through this acquisition, we will further promote the following initiatives: ・Strengthening collaboration between asset management functions and hotel operations ・Improving performance through investment decisions based on operational site data ・Expanding the creation and provision of investment opportunities This will expand and accelerate investment in hotel assets.

Future Development Greenfield will provide higher quality advisory services to hotel investors by combining the expertise cultivated as an asset management company with Nest Hotel's operational capabilities.
