What is LIVING&DESIGN? "LIVING&DESIGN," an international trade fair for total interiors, provides a B2B platform for business negotiations on products from companies handling superior design in furniture, building materials, home equipment, and more. It is held concurrently with our "Tokyo International Gift Show" and "LIFE×DESIGN," enabling business talks with industry professionals from various fields.

[Main Visitor Categories] Real estate, architectural firms, architects, interior shops, furniture stores, renovation companies, select shops, house builders, landlords, landowners, general contractors, etc.

Implementing Practical and Socially Significant Spatial Presentations With architect Yuko Nagayama as the new director, the event will undergo a major renewal. By incorporating the perspective of Ms. Nagayama, a leading figure in architecture, we will implement spatial presentations that go beyond mere product displays, carrying practical and social significance. Special Project TSUNAGU ~Reconnect~: A Special Exhibition Visualizing the Essence of "Connecting" in Architecture This special project is curated by Ms. Nagayama. Through the reuse of the facade from the Osaka-Kansai Expo's "Woman's Pavilion in Collaboration with Cartier," hammocks made from recycled ocean waste, and the upcycling of black tiles from collapsed houses in the Noto Peninsula earthquake into building materials, we will visualize the essence of "connecting" in architecture. This is not merely an exhibition; it's an opportunity to engage with the artworks under architectural direction and create new "connecting landscapes."
