Patisserie GIN NO MORI will release its seasonal summer cookie tins, 'Petit Bois Summer,' on May 30, 2026. This year's collection features a transition between summer's day and night forest scenes. The 150-size tin introduces a first-ever two-layer structure: the top layer represents a quiet starlit night with mint meringues and bamboo charcoal sweets, while the bottom layer depicts a sunlit day with lemon and raspberry flavors. A new 'Citron Miel Pound Cake' using Setouchi lemons will also launch in mid-June.
