About 'Givery Summit'
Givery Summit is a large-scale event where leading domestic and international companies share the latest case studies and practical insights on transforming into AI-native organizations, exploring the co-creation between AI, people, and organizations. The summit features multiple case study sessions, roundtable discussions, and as a main highlight, the pitch contest 'Next AI Enablement Pitch', where top practitioners from seven companies present real-world, on-the-ground knowledge of generative AI.
The inaugural summit on May 15, 2025, attracted 350 companies, 700 attendees, and 12 media outlets. In November 2025, a spin-off event, 'Givery Summit for Executive', was held as a closed session focusing on HR and Brand Experience, enabling active knowledge exchange among corporate leaders.
This year, the summit will feature a total of 10 sessions, including a keynote, with 22 speakers from 16 companies. Pre-registration has reached 800 companies and 1,300 individuals, making it the largest-scale event in its history.
Givery Summit 2026 Concept 'AI-Native Shift / Corporate Transformation Toward AI-Native Companies'
The evolution of generative AI and AI agents is quietly yet surely rewriting the fundamental premises of corporate activities.
AI is no longer merely a tool for streamlining specific tasks; it has become a strategic theme affecting executive decision-making, organizational design, business processes, talent development, and value creation.
While many companies are working on AI adoption, knowledge utilization, and internal dissemination, there remains a significant barrier to achieving company-wide results. To transform isolated or department-level AI use into enterprise-wide transformation, organizations must move beyond simply 'using' AI and begin re-designing their operations with AI as a foundational assumption.
What is now required is not to individually change management, organization, operations, or talent, but to evolve into a company that continuously generates value by re-examining the very structure of how value is created—under the premise of AI.
Having supported the adoption and utilization of generative AI for over 1,000 companies, Givery envisions this next-stage enterprise as the 'AI-Native Company'.
At this event, Givery will share case studies and know-how for corporate transformation together with companies striving to become AI-native, partners with advanced insights, and practitioners implementing AI on the ground.
Let’s shift from treating AI as a tool to making it the foundation of corporate activity. Let’s begin the AI-Native Shift here.
