The PD-7105 is a freon-free, exhaust-heat-free portable spot cooler. It employs Brother's proprietary two-stage cooling technology 'TwinAqua', which uses the vaporization heat of water instead of freon, allowing air to be cooled without generating hot exhaust air. A powerful fan delivers cool air over long distances. With low power consumption, it contributes to reduced environmental impact. Additionally, by changing the outlet from a duct to a louver design, the unit features an aesthetic that blends seamlessly into office and retail spaces.
* 'Exhaust heat-free' refers to the dry-bulb temperature of the exhaust air being lower than the outside air temperature.
At the presentation ceremony held on June 9, eight specially designed PD-7105 units featuring 'ZooBo', the official mascot character of Higashiyama Zoo, prominently displayed on the front, were presented.

Brother's Relationship with Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens
Since donating funds for the construction of the koala enclosure when Nagoya City first welcomed koalas to Japan in 1984, Brother has continuously supported the zoo through various initiatives. These include donating outdoor decks for koala exercise areas and the educational facility 'KOALA FOREST Koala no Mori', as well as sponsoring spring and autumn festivals and koala naming ceremonies. Furthermore, under its environmental goals 'Brother Group Environmental Vision 2050' aimed at building a sustainable society, Brother actively engages in biodiversity conservation activities. This includes raising awareness about endangered species through dedicated websites and hosting workshop events. Against this backdrop, in June 2021, Brother signed an official public relations partnership agreement with Higashiyama Zoo to support its initiatives in 'species conservation' and 'environmental education'.
