Lemonkai has been conducting "Basic Training for Service Management Staff, etc." as a designated operator in Saitama Prefecture since FY2024, and newly received designation in Tokyo Prefecture in FY2025. In FY2026, Lemonkai will offer "Basic and Renewal Training for Service Management Staff, etc." as a designated operator in both prefectures.

Objective

The "Training for Service Management Staff, etc." aims to foster service management staff and child development support management staff who possess the knowledge and skills essential for ensuring the quality of services.

Features of This Training

Fully Online: Lectures and workshops are conducted online. Accessible from anywhere in Japan, providing an environment that is easy to attend even while working.

Efficient Use of E-learning: E-learning is introduced for common and specialized lectures. Learners can review material at their own pace.

Materials Delivered: Training materials will be sent by mail. The combination of digital and print materials supports understanding and retention of the learning content.
