During the reporting period, market conditions remained highly uncertain, influenced by the trajectory of U.S. interest rate hikes, the sustainability of Japan's monetary easing policy, the pace of China's economic recovery, and rising geopolitical risks. Amid these conditions, the Company maintained its investment strategy focused on long-term growth while strictly managing risks.

The primary investment targets include diversified asset classes such as domestic and international equities, bonds, REITs, and commodity futures. The Company continues to emphasize investments in sectors with high growth potential, particularly in technology and green energy. In response to the growing importance of ESG investing, the Company has enhanced screening based on environmental, social, and governance criteria and is gradually increasing allocations to sustainable investments.

The total net assets of the investment trust reached 128 billion yen at the end of the reporting period, representing a 6.7% increase compared to the previous period. This growth was driven primarily by natural asset appreciation and new capital inflows. Monthly dividend distributions were carried out as scheduled, providing investors with consistent returns.

Trust fees were reduced by 0.03% year-on-year due to improved operational efficiency and optimized cost structures. This reduction is expected to contribute to higher long-term returns for investors. The audit was conducted by an independent certified public accounting firm, and a summary is included in this report.
