G-MODE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Seiichiro Kato) is pleased to announce that it will be responsible for the development and publishing of the Nintendo SwitchTM version of "Japan Stigmatized Property Association -Japan Stigmatized Property-", developed by Loxarc Inc.

The release date for this title has been set for July 16 (Thu), and pre-orders have started today on the Nintendo eShop.

"Japan Stigmatized Property Association -Japan Stigmatized Property-", currently available on Steam, is a "find the difference" horror game where players operate surveillance cameras installed within properties to monitor for abnormalities.

The Nintendo Switch version retains the same gameplay while being optimized for controller operation and also supports touch controls.

You are a monitor for the "Japan Stigmatized Property Association." Please operate the surveillance cameras installed within the properties and monitor for any abnormalities. If you discover an abnormality, please report it promptly. Repeatedly missing reports or making mistakes will result in "task failure." Conversely, if you can continue monitoring from midnight to 5 AM, it will be considered "task success."
