[Iizuna Highlands, Nagano City] Outdoor Event "OUTDOOR EXHIBITION YAMASAI 2026" to Connect City, People, and Nature

nagano forest village (Location: Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture; Operated by: eternal story Inc.; Representative Director: Tatsuya Murakami) will host the interactive outdoor event "OUTDOOR EXHIBITION YAMASAI 2026" on May 30 (Sat) and 31 (Sun), 2026, organized by the Nagano-based outdoor select shop NATURAL ANCHORS.

Set in a nature-rich environment at an altitude of approximately 1,000m, the event will create opportunities to "connect the city, people, and nature" through exhibitions by outdoor garage brands and manufacturers, talk events, workshops, and nature experiences.

"OUTDOOR EXHIBITION YAMASAI" is an interactive outdoor event started in 2020 by NATURAL ANCHORS with the concept of "connecting the city, people, and nature." Since 2022, the venue has been moved to nagano forest village, surrounded by nature at an altitude of 1,000m. The event features food, workshops, nature experiences, and talk sessions focused on environmental approaches. In 2026, it will once again provide a space for outdoor enthusiasts to gather and enjoy new ways to engage with nature.

This year, in addition to photographer Eriko Nemoto and Yoshinori Ishikawa from Mitsumata Sanso, representatives from the three major Shinshu trails—Shin-etsu Trail, Amatomi Trail, and Shin-hi Trail—will join a talk event themed "Journeys into Nature" to explore perspectives on nature and the appeal of travel.

On the morning of the 31st, a "Morning Run" event will also be held, featuring a 7km trail run course around Lake Daizahoushi.
