'VALKYRIE TUNE: Mechanical Ai' Release Date Set for July 23, 2026; PV Unveiled

Good Smile Company announced that the official version of 'VALKYRIE TUNE: Mechanical Ai,' a visual novel extending the media-mix franchise VALKYRIE TUNE, will release on July 23, 2026. Akihiro Ishihara, former general director of The Idolmaster, serves as producer, with Frontwing handling development. The free demo version, currently available, will receive an update on June 6, 2026, to add English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean languages, alongside enhanced visuals. A promotional video was also released featuring the theme song 'song of birth' performed by Asami Imai and composed by Shota Horie. The game is set in a women-only dome city called Initium, where the memory-lost protagonist lives with six girls called TUNED who wield Harmonic Weapons. Ishihara noted that the story follows the love and grief of these android girls and their relationship with humans, offering around 10 hours of gameplay leading to a happy ending.
