[Sapporo Grand Hotel] Annual Popular 'Cold Noodles Fair' and New 'Mango Shaved Ice' Menu Announced

Sapporo Grand Hotel, operated by Granvista Hotels & Resorts, will begin its annual 'Cold Noodles Fair' and introduce a new menu item, 'Mango Shaved Ice,' starting June 1, 2026, at Chinese Dining Kokaku on the 2nd floor of the East Wing.

The 'Cold Noodles Fair' at Chinese Dining Kokaku is an annual favorite. During the period from June to August, in addition to two popular standard menus, such as 'Gomoku Cold Noodles' and 'Kokaku Original Soup Cold Noodles,' a limited-edition menu will be offered each month. The limited menu for June features 'Cold Hot and Sour Noodles' (Cold Suan-la-tang Noodles), known for its exquisite balance of acidity and spiciness.

Furthermore, as a new seasonal menu item, 'Mango Shaved Ice' with an Asian twist, featuring Kokaku original mango sauce and coconut ice cream, will be sold.
