The Green Coop Community (Headquarters: Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City; Representative Director: Yoko Hidaka) will hold a Noto recovery support 'food tasting event' on Saturday, May 30, at 'Touge Marche' in Monzen-machi, Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture.

On the day of the event, they will serve Green Coop's carefully selected products, including freshly cooked kabayaki eel from Satsumasendai, rice burgers, wieners, pudding, yogurt, and juice.

Additionally, they will bring in clothes from their fiber recycling initiative to hold a 'Clothing Recycling Market' where all items will be priced at 100 yen. They will also implement activities such as a 'Make Your Own Chopsticks' experience using thinned cypress wood, allowing parents and children to learn about the environment and resource recycling while having fun.

Green Coop will continue its support activities by collaborating with local regions and relevant organizations, staying close to those in the disaster-stricken areas and valuing exchange and connection.

[Touge Marche] Following the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, volunteers in the Michishita area came together with the desire to 'create a mini-supermarket and a set-meal cafe in the community,' which was realized in November 2025. It is a community-based market where locals can easily drop by to shop, eat, and socialize.
