GMO Pepabo, Inc. (President and CEO: Kentaro Sato), part of the GMO Internet Group, announced that its "Lollipop! AI Agent Cloud by GMO Pepabo" (URL: https://lolipop.jp/ai/agent-cloud/), a feature that allows users to build AI agents on the cloud without specialized knowledge, will newly support the AI agent framework (※1) NanoClaw (URL: https://nanoclaw.dev/) starting Wednesday, July 8, 2026. "Lollipop! Rental Server by GMO Pepabo" (URL: https://lolipop.jp/) is operated by GMO Pepabo, Inc.

To commemorate the support for NanoClaw, a campaign will be held for new subscribers from Wednesday, July 8, 2026, to Monday, July 20, 2026.

(※1) An AI agent framework is an execution platform that enables AI to make autonomous judgments and actions (such as programming or integrating with external services) to achieve its objectives.

【Background of NanoClaw Support】

While expectations for the utilization of AI agents are growing, security concerns such as information leakage and safety management are significant barriers to adoption for companies and individual users who lack specialized security knowledge. Ideally, AI agents are created for specific roles, such as "schedule adjustment agents" or "data input agents for internal systems," to automate tasks. However, in conventional systems, these different agents operate by sharing the same environment, posing a risk of unintentionally overwriting data of other agents due to misconfiguration or operational errors. Furthermore, it is common for specifications to involve directly inputting sensitive information like API keys (※2) and OAuth client secrets (※3) into AI models during integration with various applications and external systems. This carries the risk of unintended information leakage, presenting a major challenge for utilization and full-scale adoption in environments where specialized countermeasures are difficult.

In response to these challenges, NanoClaw is an AI agent specialized in security, designed to maximize safety. Since its official release in January 2026, it has garnered approximately 30,000 stars on GitHub (※4), gaining support primarily from users who prioritize security.

"Lollipop! AI Agent Cloud by GMO Pepabo" is a feature that allows AI agents to operate 24/7 in a secure cloud environment without requiring advanced specialized knowledge. By providing an environment where anyone can safely use NanoClaw without complex command operations or infrastructure setup, this new support meets the need for users who want to utilize AI agents for their business with greater peace of mind.

This integration also enables users to select AI agents from three options based on their needs: the general-purpose OpenClaw, the self-improving Hermes Agent, and the security-focused NanoClaw.

(※2) A dedicated password requiring strict management, necessary for integrating with and using external AI models or systems.

(※3) A dedicated password requiring strict management, used by applications to securely integrate and authenticate with other external services.

【NanoClaw Features】

NanoClaw achieves secure usage by minimizing the risks of information leakage and operational errors inherent in conventional AI agents through the following features:

Independent Execution Environment

AI agents for each role operate in a completely independent, dedicated environment (sandbox). This prevents unintended data referencing or interference between different agents.

Sensitive Information Isolation Function (Adoption of OneCLI)

It is equipped with the security functions of an OSS (Open Source Software) (※5) called OneCLI (URL: https://onecli.sh/). OneCLI is a dedicated function that securely stores and processes sensitive information, such as LLM authentication keys (※6), on behalf of the AI. By completely separating sensitive information from the data area (context) that the AI reads, it prevents AI agents from accessing or externally transmitting sensitive information.

(※5) Software whose source code (program design) is freely available to the public, allowing anyone to use, modify, and verify it. It is constantly verified and improved by engineers worldwide, making it highly transparent and secure.

(※6) Dedicated authentication information issued to use services of Large Language Models (LLMs).
