GVA TECH Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shun Yamamoto; hereinafter referred to as "GVA TECH"), provider of the "Benpal" series that supports all aspects of legal practice, is pleased to announce the launch of external storage integration with Google Drive for "Benpal Document Creation".
In conjunction with this, we have significantly updated the system by expanding the evidence analysis capacity processed at once from the conventional 50 files to approximately 3 times that amount, around 150 files, and enhancing the creation functions for various documents including claim organization tables and notification documents.
Background of the Update
"Benpal Document Creation," an AI system specialized in creating court documents for lawyers, has been supporting the creation of legal documents (complaints, preparatory briefs, answers, etc.) for litigation across various case types since its release in March 2026.
Currently, Google Drive is deeply integrated as daily operational infrastructure in many law firms. However, when attempting to utilize AI in legal practice, there were practical hurdles such as "dual data management" and "the hassle of transferring data."
Therefore, believing that a seamless environment where lawyers can enjoy the benefits of AI while continuing to use their existing tools is the key to true operational efficiency, we have implemented integration with Google Drive, in addition to the already integrated Box and SharePoint.
Furthermore, to handle the batch processing of large volumes of evidence required for complex litigation cases and to support comprehensive document creation from the initial dispute phase through post-litigation, we have expanded the analysis capacity and the range of documents that can be created.

Overview of Major Updates
Launch of External Storage Integration with Google Drive
Evidence materials and various data stored in law firms' Google Drive can now be directly specified and selected within "Benpal Document Creation" for AI analysis and document creation, without needing to download them to a local environment.
Expanded Evidence Analysis Processing Capacity to 3x (Approx. 150 Files)
The file capacity for evidence analysis that can be handled in a single processing has been significantly increased from the conventional 50 files to approximately 150 files, about 3 times the previous amount. This allows for the completion of large-scale litigation cases with a vast number of pieces of evidence, or cases requiring the organization of complex factual relationships, within a single workflow without needing to switch between tools.
Significantly Expanded Creation Functions for Various Court Documents
Claim Organization Table
The AI automatically extracts claims, admissions/denials, and evidence from both the plaintiff and defendant that correspond to the legal issues (essential facts) from uploaded claim documents to create a "Claim Organization Table." Since it pinpoints the relevant sections, it significantly reduces the vast amount of time previously spent manually searching for, analyzing, and verifying these sections.

Chronological Table
A "Chronological Table" can be created by automatically organizing the content of both parties' claim documents and submitted evidence in chronological order. The AI not only allows for a unified grasp of the sequence of facts but also automatically points out the opposing party's counterarguments and related points of contention.
Preparatory Brief
The AI-generated "Claim Organization Table" can be directly imported into the next preparatory brief creation process. As the AI accurately incorporates the history of claims and evidence presented so far, lawyers can quickly create persuasive preparatory briefs by making minor adjustments in their own words.
Notification Documents
It is now possible to create retainer notices and certified mail. This enables end-to-end support for dispute practice, from notification documents to organizing factual relationships (Chronological Table) and post-litigation responses (Claim Organization Table, Preparatory Brief).
