・Program Overview:

The grant will provide partial funding for citizen-led activities related to the Rokko mountain range. Funded by a portion of the proceeds from charity paid tastings at Hakutsuru's 'Brewery Open' events, this program supports initiatives that promote the region’s appeal, conservation, and community vitality.

・Eligible Activities:

Activities related to the Rokko mountain range (e.g., conservation efforts, play parks, art events, etc.)

・Eligibility Criteria:

1. Organizations conducting the above-mentioned activities

2. Nonprofit organizations with operational bases or offices located in the 10 cities and 10 towns affected by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake (legal incorporation status is not required)

3. Organizations that maintain autonomy and operate independently

4. Organizations with continuity, and possessing the capacity and organizational structure to manage grant funds and execute projects

5. Organizations with net assets of 20 million JPY or less

6. Organizations able to attend the public review meeting if they pass the document screening

・Grant Limit:

Up to 75% of total project costs per project, with a maximum of 400,000 JPY per project.

Total grant budget: 800,000 JPY

・Eligible Expenses:

Any expenses directly related to the project, regardless of category

・Grant Period:

October 1, 2026 (Thu) to September 30, 2027 (Thu)

・Application Period:

July 21, 2026 (Tue) to August 31, 2026 (Mon)

・Public Review Meeting:

October 28, 2026 (Wed), 13:30–17:00 [Venue: Within Kobe City (details TBD)]
