Hana-Cupid Co., Ltd. launched a new 'Semi-Order' customization service on its official online store on June 4, 2026. This service allows customers to order personalized flower arrangements or bouquets by selecting options such as purpose (e.g., birthday, retirement), shape, budget, main color, preferred atmosphere (such as 'cute' or 'gorgeous'), and specific flowers. As options are chosen, a preview illustration updates in real time on the screen to show the expected arrangement. The customized gifts are then handcrafted and directly delivered by professional local florists from Hana-Cupid's nationwide network of approximately 4,000 stores, which covers 97.0% of Japan's population. Budgets for the semi-order service start at 4,400 yen (including tax, excluding fees). The service combines the convenience of online shopping with the expertise of local florists to deliver fresh, customized, one-of-a-kind floral gifts.
