Billboard JAPAN Book Charts Literary Chart TOP10 Displayed at Kinokuniya Bookstore Shinjuku Main Store!

Billboard JAPAN (Hanshin Contents Link Co., Ltd., which holds the master license for the Billboard brand in Japan) will begin displaying books ranked on the "Billboard JAPAN Literary Chart TOP10" from July 10, 2026 (Fri) at the shelf next to the 2nd-floor entrance of Kinokuniya Bookstore Shinjuku Main Store (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo).

The shelf will feature the TOP10 works from the chart, providing a space where visitors can see "10 Literary Books Being Read the Most Right Now," selected based on chart data.

In conjunction with this display, original bookmarks with comments excerpted from the Billboard JAPAN interview project [WITH BOOKS] featuring three popular authors, critics, and creators active across literature, book reviews, and entertainment—Ryo Asai, Kaho Miyake, and Amagaki—will be distributed weekly for a limited time from July 10, 2026 (Fri) to July 31, 2026 (Fri).

Through this project, which intersects objective indicators like charts with the words of writers active on the front lines of book reviews, we aim to enrich the real-world bookstore reading experience and create new encounters with books.
