'Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion' POP UP SHOP -Chess Pieces Style- to be held at 3 HMV and HMV&BOOKS stores nationwide starting April 7th (Tuesday)!

(Head Office: Taito-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Toshiyuki Mizutani; Securities Code: 7552), will hold the "'Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion' POP UP SHOP -Chess Pieces Style-" at three HMV and HMV&BOOKS stores nationwide starting April 7, 2026 (Tuesday), selling new merchandise featuring newly drawn illustrations.

From "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion," part of the "Code Geass" series celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026, illustrations of "Lelouch," "Suzaku," "C.C.," and "Kallen" dressed in chess king, knight, and queen motif costumes will be unveiled for the first time!

At the "'Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion' POP UP SHOP -Chess Pieces Style-", in addition to merchandise featuring newly drawn illustrations, goods using original mini-character illustrations will also be sold.

At the HMV&BOOKS SHIBUYA venue, you can also enjoy a display of standee panels featuring the newly drawn illustrations.

Furthermore, for every 2,200 yen (tax included) spent on merchandise at the POP UP SHOP venue, one random "Trading Photo-style Card (8 types in total)" will be given as a gift!
