20th Century Studios has announced that the 2019 hit revenge-action thriller 'Ready or Not' will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on July 15, 2026. This home media release comes just ahead of the theatrical debut of its sequel, 'Ready or Not 2,' scheduled for August 14, 2026.
'Ready or Not' follows Grace, a bride who marries into the wealthy Le Domas family. Her wedding night takes a dark turn when she is forced to participate in a lethal game of 'Hide and Seek'—a family tradition. The film earned an 89% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, praised for its unique blend of intense survival horror and sharp dark comedy.
Directed by Tyler Gillett and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin of the Radio Silence collective, the film stars Samara Weaving, who delivers a standout performance as her character transforms from a beautiful bride to a blood-soaked survivor. The supporting cast includes veteran actors Adam Brody and Andie MacDowell.
