A survey conducted by dating app 'Happy Mail' involving 200 adults found that 91% of men and 96% of women change their LINE messaging style for someone they like. The most emphasized strategy for both genders is matching the recipient's reply speed and tone. Surprisingly, about 25% have ignored a crush's message, primarily because they overthought the reply (men) or didn't want to send a careless response (women). These findings suggest that a delay in reply often indicates sincerity and caution rather than a lack of interest.
