The Master of '3D Pop Art' Celebrating 50 Years of Artistic Activity
Based in New York with over 30 years of career, Charles Fazzino has established himself as a 'Pop Culture Historian' who documents the history of contemporary pop art.
His works are created using a unique '3D layering technique,' where multiple prints are cut into parts and hand-stacked using silicone. Finished with glitter and Swarovski crystals, they offer a depth and radiance that flat works cannot match.
In recent years, Fazzino has focused on creating works themed around Japanese culture, and his 'Traveling Japan' series has gained attention both domestically and internationally.
The exhibition is designed to be accessible to those unfamiliar with art, including families, by being held casually within a department store.
