HIKE, a company specializing in the production of anime, games, manga, and 2.5D stage plays, has launched a 'Branding Gamification' package for non-gaming companies. This service leverages the company's expertise in creating fan engagement to support corporate branding. Often, complex services and manuals create a 'wall of understanding' for customers and employees. This service aims to break through that wall using gamification. A report by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) highlights the potential of applying gaming industry know-how to other sectors for talent development and social problem-solving. HIKE transforms traditional 'read-and-explain' communication into 'play-and-experience' methods to drive awareness and deep understanding. The package is built on three pillars: turning business introductions into stories, transforming manuals into stage-based tutorials, and adding emotional value through characterization and MR technology. HIKE will also exhibit at the '19th Content Tokyo' starting June 17, 2026, to showcase case studies of this package.
