Announcement Regarding the Acquisition of Family Hikkoshi Center Co., Ltd. as a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Sakai Moving Service Co., Ltd. (Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture: Representative Director Tetsuyasu Tajima, hereinafter "Sakai Moving Service") announced that as of April 28, 2026, it has acquired all shares of Family Hikkoshi Center Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Saitama Prefecture, Representative Director: Takahiko Taneda), a company engaged in the moving business, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

This acquisition is part of our group's mid-to-long-term growth strategy, aimed at strengthening our sales base in the moving business and expanding our service system in the Kanto area. Family Hikkoshi Center has built long-standing trust from customers with its community-based sales system and strong on-site response capabilities.

Through this acquisition, by combining the Sakai Moving Service Group's network and management foundation with Family Hikkoshi Center's on-site and sales capabilities, we aim to further improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
