Launch of a Variable Insurance Product Combining Protection and Future Asset Formation

In December 2025, the Company launched the 'Variable Insurance Supporting Health: Protection for the Future' [Variable Insurance (V2) (Death Benefit Type)]. With this launch, cumulative sales of the variable insurance products—including the Variable Insurance (V1) (Disability and Nursing Care Benefit Type) launched in 2023—surpassed 120,000 policies by March 2026. By focusing specifically on death and severe disability coverage, Variable Insurance (V2) provides reliable protection for customers across a wide range of generations, while also offering effective asset accumulation features to support customers' preparations for retirement funds.

Provision of Well-being Services Supporting Customers' Healthy Lives

In December 2025, the Company began offering the 'Helicobacter Pylori Test,' a new service for MY Himawari members, enabling self-testing by mail for Helicobacter pylori infection, a known risk factor for stomach cancer. The Company will continue to provide diverse value-added services that support customer health.

Launch of Group Major Disease Insurance Supporting Corporate Health Management and Employee Work-Life Balance During Treatment

In January 2026, the Company launched the 'Non-Dividend-Paying Group Major Disease Insurance.' This product provides a lump-sum benefit upon diagnosis of one of the three major diseases, supporting employees in balancing treatment and work. Additionally, the 'Group Health Check Discount Rider' offers premium discounts based on health check results, supporting companies in advancing Health Management® initiatives, thereby providing comprehensive support for both companies and their employees.
