(Representative Director, President & CEO: Daiki Imai / hereinafter 'Mitsubishi HC Capital') has begun providing an inventory inspection service (hereinafter 'this service') for the distribution and manufacturing industries. This service utilizes solutions provided by Hitachi Solutions East Japan, Ltd. (Representative Director & President: Takeo Ishii / hereinafter 'Hitachi Solutions East Japan') to visualize, analyze, and propose improvements for inventory.

### Overview In recent years, the need for efficient and sophisticated inventory management has grown in the distribution and manufacturing industries due to labor shortages from a declining population, personalization of operations, delays in DX, as well as product diversification and supply chain disruptions. Challenges related to inventory management have materialized not just as operational problems, but as management issues.

In response to this situation, Mitsubishi HC Capital has launched this service to contribute to the optimization of the entire supply chain starting from corporate inventory rationalization. In providing this service, it utilizes the production, sales, and inventory visualization/adjustment solution 'SynCAS PSI Visualizer' and the demand forecasting support solution 'Forecast Pro' developed by Hitachi Solutions East Japan for the distribution and manufacturing industries.

### About the Inventory Inspection Service In this service, driven by Mitsubishi HC Capital, inventory status is visualized through 'SynCAS PSI Visualizer' based on the customer's actual and planned goods receipt/issue/inventory data, and the inventory status is analyzed and evaluated based on demand forecasting utilizing 'Forecast Pro'.

For inventory issues and problem stock highlighted through the analysis, improvement measures are proposed to achieve optimal inventory. By offering integrated proposals ranging from inventory visualization to efforts for optimal inventory, and further providing financing to the entire supply chain for these efforts, it supports the smoothing and rationalization of the customer's inventory operations, contributing to the resolution of inventory issues and ultimately the optimization of the entire supply chain.
