HMT Technologies LLC (1-301 Babacho 115, Aoi Ward, Shizuoka City, Representative Employee Yasufumi Haraguchi) has released the WBGT Heat Stress Index Meter HSWS-1111.

In light of anticipated rising temperatures, managing WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) is becoming increasingly important for on-site work. Therefore, by combining the thermocouple-equipped temperature and humidity meter "HSCI-1111" with a JIS standard 150mm black globe thermometer, we have enabled the calculation of WBGT using the wet bulb temperature derived from measurements (temperature, humidity, etc.) taken by the base unit, and its display on a PC application.

HSWS-1111 features: - Can be used indoors and outdoors (please avoid dusty or wet locations). - Connects directly to a PC and displays data with a dedicated application. - Can log data at arbitrary intervals. - By combining it with our wireless unit "HSWL-01", WBGT in various wide-ranging locations can be centrally managed, monitored, and logged on a PC. - Operates with either USB power or a primary battery. - For those interested, please feel free to inquire.
