Panasonic Sports Co., Ltd. announced that its affiliated clubs, "Gamba Osaka" (soccer) and "Osaka Bluteon" (volleyball), have won their respective tournaments.
Gamba Osaka won the AFC Champions League Two (ACL2) 2025/26 by defeating Al-Nassr (Saudi Arabia) 1-0 in the final held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on May 17, 2026 (Japan time). By defeating an opponent widely considered the strongest in Asia, the club achieved its 10th overall title. This marks their first Asian title since winning the ACL in 2008.
Osaka Bluteon secured their first championship in the 2025-26 Daido Life SV.LEAGUE MEN CHAMPIONSHIP by defeating Suntory Sunbirds Osaka with 2 wins and 1 loss in the finals held at Yokohama Arena on May 15, 16, and 17, 2026. This is their 7th championship overall, marking their first title in 7 seasons, including the V.League era.
Both clubs will continue to embrace new challenges as they aim to become the best clubs in the world.
