TOPPAN Holdings Inc. has been selected as a 'Supplier Engagement Leader,' the highest rank in the 2025 Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA) conducted by CDP, an international environmental non-profit organization. This marks the fifth consecutive year of selection.
In December 2025, TOPPAN Holdings also received the highest 'A' rating in both 'Climate Change' and 'Water Security,' achieving double honors for the second year in a row.
The SEA evaluates how effectively companies collaborate with their suppliers to address climate change challenges. Specifically, evaluation items include risk management processes, governance and business strategy, supplier engagement, Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions, and target setting. TOPPAN Holdings' initiatives in these areas were highly rated, leading to this selection.
The TOPPAN Group, through its 'TOPPAN Group Environmental Vision 2050,' has set goals such as 'net-zero greenhouse gas emissions in Scope 1+2 and Scope 3.' The group promotes environmental initiatives in collaboration with the entire supply chain and local communities. It also early adopted international initiatives like TCFD and TNFD to strengthen integrated efforts toward climate change and nature-related issues.
