On the day of the event, whisky tasting by the distillery staff, a seminar on the two-row barley project produced in the Kamiina area, and a Minami Shinshu Beer seminar will be held (*). Through each seminar, you can experience our passion and dedication to liquor making.
Stage events will also be held, and food stalls (paid) will be set up with the cooperation of restaurants so that you can enjoy meals along with delicious drinks. In addition, we will accept applications for the lottery sale of the festival's commemorative bottles.
