KPMG Consulting announced that Makoto Sado will assume the position of Representative Director effective July 1, 2026, and Masahiko Chino will retire from the position effective June 30, 2026. Yutaka Seki and Atsushi Taguchi will remain as Representative Directors.

KPMG Consulting Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Directors: Yutaka Seki, Atsushi Taguchi, Masahiko Chino) hereby announces that it has decided to change its Representative Directors as follows.
